Resolution ¹ 69 Bestowing the award “Honoured citizen of Razgrad” to the
pastor Kancho Stefanov Boyadzhiev for the dissemination of the Orthodox
values;
Resolution ¹ 70 Bestowing the award “Honoured citizen of Razgrad” to Marin
Georgiev Atanasov for the development of the agriculture and sport in the
region of Razgrad;
Resolution ¹ 71 Bestowing the award “Honoured citizen of Razgrad” to Behchet
Sali Kasim for the establishment and development of the zoo area in Razgrad;
Resolution ¹ 72 Bestowing the award “Honoured citizen of Razgrad” to Stefan
Ivanov Stefanov for the preservation and development of the Bulgarian
folklore and the education of the young generation in the values of the
Bulgarian folk traditions;
